Seriously... it looks like a still from Total Recall when Arnold is gasping for air on the surface of Mars.
That or the photographer, instead of the time honored "Say cheese," is showing his subjects Two Girls and a Cup. Did they run out of film? They couldn't give the guy a do-over? I have to meet this guy and tell him a joke and see if his face just implodes naturally.
